Refund and Cancellation policy /Terms & Conditions 

We normally have only a 5% chance of death during shipping.

All claims/death on arrival are to be reported with photos on the same day of shipment without opening oxygen-packed covers.

Report immediately for customer care numbers with the below details.

  • Order No with a short explanation.  
  • No fish/plants/item defective.
  • Photo of dead fish/damaged Aquarium.

1. Fishy kart would bear 100% of the cost of the fish died/damaged during shipping time.

2.No dead on arrival claim request will be entertained after 8 hours after delivery(Video and photo proof must and should without opening oxygen packed covers).

3. In case of Fish is sick or quarantined, we will postpone the delivery and will inform you before about it.

4. All rates mentioned on the website are for single fish/per item or per kg.

5. Cancellation/Refund requests for the dispatched orders will not be entertained.

6. Refund period - after approval 15-21 days 

7. Refund will be provided to the original payment mode 

8. Make sure to collect the parcel within 2 hours from the railway station /bus stand once it reached the location, we are not responsible for your delay in collecting if any dead on arrival of fishes due to your delay refund cant be claimed.
